Wild Berry Associates is looking for a new Customer Support Officer, available immediately for a great organisation within central London, supporting their US charity customers. They are looking for a candidate with strong communications skills and passionate about helping others.


This is an initial 3-month contract, fully remote, with training given. The first 2 weeks will be a 9 - 5 work pattern to incorporate training, but as you will be supporting the USA, the 1pm - 9:30pm work pattern will start in week 3.


What you'll be doing:



  • Front-line support for companies, donors, fundraisers and charities.

  • Working with parent company support colleagues.

  • Managing queries.

  • Listening and disseminating customer feedback.

  • On-boarding and platform management.


What we need you to bring:



  • Previous experience within in a customer support role.

  • Good knowledge of the charity sector.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Problem solving.

  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

  • Passion, caring, motivated and organised.
