Are you a Helpdesk Administrator with a background in Laboratories or Healthcare or Scientific or Medical or Similar? Are you looking for training and career progression within a growing company? Are you looking for a nice environment with a great team atmosphere?
In this role you will be handling incoming queries for a laboratory, using the internal ticketing system. You will need great Customer Service skills and have a proactive, can-do attitude. You will also get the opportunity to train and develop your professional skills.
