Are you a detail-driven events professional with a flair for creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic team on a 1-year maternity cover contract, helping us deliver exceptional events that engage, inspire, and connect.
About the Role
As our Events Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning and executing a diverse portfolio of events, from high-impact corporate gatherings to intimate networking sessions. You’ll be the driving force behind every detail, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding attendee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Budget planning and cost control
- Venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination
- On-site event management and post-event evaluation
- Ensuring all events align with brand standards and strategic goals
About You
- Proven experience in event management (corporate or agency side)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Familiarity with event tech platforms and hybrid formats is a plus
