Description:

Our client is looking for a proactive Commercial Partnerships Manager to help grow commercial income, manage key partner relationships, and support the development of major exhibitions and programmes within the built environment sector. This is a hands‑on role with real scope to shape its direction and build strong industry networks.
Build and secure new business across office licensing, product exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial partners.
Represent the organisation at industry events and build strong networks.
Support the Commercial Director in developing new services, partnerships, and commercial exhibitions.
Work with colleagues across exhibitions, events, marketing, and education.
Help build new communities and networks to expand commercial impact.
Provide flexible support across the organisation as needed.
Essential:

Experience in the built environment sector.
