The Role


As Client Experience Assistant, you will be the face of the building, ensuring every client and visitor receives a warm, professional welcome and a first-class experience from the moment they arrive.


You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a premium workspace environment while gaining exposure to operations, facilities, events, and client relationship management.


What You'll Be Responsible For



  • Providing a warm and polished welcome to all clients and visitors

  • Acting as the first point of contact for building occupiers and guests

  • Becoming the go-to expert for the building and local area

  • Conducting daily building walkarounds to maintain exceptional standards

  • Supporting seamless client move-ins, including office setup, access arrangements, and coordination with IT and facilities teams

  • Organising and hosting engaging client events that help foster a vibrant community

  • Assisting with operational and administrative processes, including billing support, reporting, supplier coordination, and facilities management

  • Learning all aspects of building operations to support future career development

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and resolving issues before they arise
