About the Role:


Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in London on a 3-month placement. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employment process, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in Human Resources and contribute to the effective management of our workforce.


Key Responsibilities:



  • End-to-End Employment Management: Oversee the complete employment life-cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee exit processes.

  • Pre-Employment Checks: Conduct thorough pre-employment and right-to-work checks to ensure all candidates meet legal and company requirements.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks, including data inputting and record-keeping.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing HR records, updating employee information, and handling correspondence.

  • Office Presence: Required to work 3 days a week in the office to ensure effective communication and support.


Key Requirements:



  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and due diligence in handling sensitive information and performing administrative tasks.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, but not essential.

  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Commitment: Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week, and be present in the office for 3 days each week.
