A recruitment manager and her branch in London’s West End picked up five awards at Berry Recruitment Group’s annual presentation evening and conference.

Genevieve Seal heads Wild Berry Associates and won the ‘outstanding achievement’ award for 2021 with the branch winning the ‘highest growth branch’.

Consultant Nicola Marshall was also among the winners, after coming runner-up in the ‘temps’ category.

Wild Berry Associates is part of Berry Recruitment Group (BRG) that works from nearly 40 locations across England and Wales.

The branch specialises in professional services for both temporary and permanent positions.

It was created prior to Covid when BRG put all its central London assets together under one brand.

Sharing the premises is a Wild Recruitment branch from the same group and its consultant Tara Langdorf was ‘Wild newcomer of the year’.

BRG’s managing director Chris Chown said: “Genevieve and her team have built a superb branch on Tottenham Court Road.

“These awards were for 2021, a year hit by lockdowns that the team overcame with skill, hard work and innovation.

“They service clients with great speed and professionalism and are growing fast, which proves how successful they have been. These awards are very much deserved.”

Berry Recruitment Group has four brands: Berry Recruitment, Wild Recruitment, Wild Berry Associates and BuzzHire.

This year it revealed a turnover of almost £70m for 2021 and has since acquired First Recruitment Services in Sussex, which will add a further £6m.
